To take care of your travel plans, we are working closely with a travel agenct who specializes in destination weddings, Lauren at Avora Destinations. With her help, we have reserved a block of rooms with discounted group rates at the resort. You can reach out to her with questions anytime at info@avoradestinations.com.
We ask that you book your stay directly from this site. In order to take advantage of the discounted pricing, we request that all guesst have their reservations made by September 20, 2025. Reservations must paid in full by October 27, 2025. If you make your reservation early, all that is needed is a deposit of $100 per room or the cost of travel protection insurance, if elected.
We are currently holding rooms from March 6-12, 2026; however, you may book any dates you wish through this website (if we are not holding the room, our travel agent will request it be added to our group). Note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort. All guests must be staying at the resort in order to attend the wedding.

Check-in Policy:
Check-in begins at 3pm Guests arriving earlier than 3 pm are welcome to use the resort immediately upon arrival even if their room is not ready. The hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds. Check-out is 11am.
