Avora Destinations will take care of booking your accommodations (which include all-inclusive amenities, and all taxes/fees) along with offering roundtrip transportation between the resort and airport on the below reservation request form. Airfare is the responsibility of each guest.
All guests must be staying at the resort in order to attend the wedding.
We would like for all guests to have their reservations for the hotel paid in full by January 15, 2024. If you make your reservation early, all that is needed is a deposit of $100 per room or the cost of travel protection, if selected.
We are currently holding rooms from April 24 - May 1, 2024 and recommend staying April 26-30, 2024.
All invited guests are welcome to bring additional travel companions, children and friends to enjoy the vacation; however, the wedding is adults only unless otherwise agreed upon.
