We ask that you book your stay directly from this site. Please note the travel information tabs near the bottom of this page where all pertinent travel information can be found including hotel information, reservations, making payments on your trip, as well as booking your transfer to and from the resort.
In order to take advantage of the discounted pricing, all guests must have their reservations for the hotel made and paid in full by November 1, 2023. If you make your reservation early, all that is needed is a deposit of $100 per room, or the cost of travel protection if you elect for it.
To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agent who specializes in destination weddings, Lauren at Avora Destinations. With her help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.
We would love for everyone to reserve January 10-18, 2024 to celebrate with us; however, you may book any dates you wish through this website (if we are not holding the room, our travel agent will request it be added to our group). Note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort.

Check-in Policy:
Check-in begins at 3pm Guests arriving earlier than 3pm are welcome to use the resort immediately upon arrival even if their room is not ready. The hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds. Check-out is 11am.
