Come enjoy a great all-inclusive resort experience where all your meals and drinks are included with your stay while you celebrate our wedding with us. We are requesting that all who attend are ages 16+. Thank you for understanding!
To take care of all your travel plans, we are working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, Avora Destinations. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.
We ask that you book your stay directly from this site. Please note the travel information tabs near the bottom of this page-this is where all pertinent travel information can be found including hotel information, reservations, making payments on your trip, as well as booking your transfer to and from the resort.
In order to take advantage of the discounted pricing, all guests must have their reservations for the hotel made by and paid in full by June 25, 2027. If you make your reservation early, all that is needed is a deposit of $100 per room or the cost of travel protection insurance, if elected.
We are currently holding rooms from November 3-8, 2027; however, you may book any dates you wish through this website (if we are not holding the room, our travel agent will request it be added to our group). Note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort. All guests must be staying at the resort in order to attend the wedding.

Wedding Day: Friday, November 5, 2027
- Ceremony time: 4PM
- Our ceremony will take place on the beach, so please choose comfortable yet polished attire suitable for a tropical setting.
- Women: Sundresses, skirts, or dressy pants
- Men: Dress shorts or lightweight pants with a button-down or polo
- Light fabrics and breathable clothing are recommended.
- Cocktail Hour: 5PM at the Rooftop Terrace
- Reception Dinner: 6PM at the Rooftop Terrace
Post Wedding Brunch: Saturday, November 6, 2027
- We will do a “Happily Ever After” Brunch for those who would like to attend!

Check-in begins at 3pm. Guests arriving earlier are welcome to use the resort immediately upon arrival even if their room is not ready. The hotel may require a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds. Check-out is 12pm.

- Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel! Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!
