and we would love to have you join us in celebrating our wedding at El Dorado Royale in Mexico!
Come enjoy a great all inclusive resort experience where all your meals and drinks are included with your stay while you celebrate our wedding with us.
To take care of your travel plans, we are working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, Avora Destinations. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.
We ask that you book your stay directly from this site, as guests that book outside the group may incur additional fees to attend the wedding events. In order to take advantage of the discounted pricing, all guests must have their reservations for the hotel made and paid in full by December 15, 2025. If you make your reservation early, all that is needed is a deposit of $100 per room (or the cost of travel protection insuracne, if elected.)
We are currently holding rooms from April 23-28, 2026; however, you may book any dates you wish through this website (if we are not holding the room, our travel agent will request it be added to our group). Note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort. All guests must be staying at the resort in order to attend the wedding.

- Women: feel free to wear a chic cocktail dress or a vibrant, flowing maxi dress.
- Men: we invite you to dress in a polished yet comfortable way with linen, or lightweight fabrics being ideal for warm weather and a coastal breeze. While we’re keeping it cocktail, please note that pants are a must. Pair your linen pants with a light shirt or a short sleeved button-up for a relaxed, but refined look.
Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for. As we celebrate our wedding away from home, we understand the time, travel, and expense involved. Please know that your love and support mean the world to us — and truly, your presence (whether near or from afar) is gift enough. For those who still feel inclined to give, know that it is appreciated but in no way expected.

Check-in Policy:
Check-in begins at 3pm Guests arriving earlier than 3 pm are welcome to use the resort immediately upon arrival even if their room is not ready. The hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds. Check-out is 11am.
