General Information & Policies
Location: Ochos Rios, Jamaica
Arriving Airport: Sangster International Airport (MBJ) or Ian Fleming International Airport (OCJ)
- Check-in typically begins around 3pm.
- Guests arriving earlier than 3pm are welcome to use the resort immediately upon arrival even if their room is not ready.
- The hotel will require a credit/debit card authorization upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
- Check-out is typically 11am.
- Guests departing later in the afternoon are welcome to continue enjoying the resort after check out while they wait for their service back to the airport.
Important Travel Information

Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel! Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!
