and we would love to have you join us in celebrating our wedding in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico!
Come enjoy a great all inclusive resort experience at The Fives Beach where all your meals and drinks are included with your stay while you celebrate our wedding with us.
We ask that you book your stay directly from this site. Please note the travel information tabs near the bottom of this page where all pertinent travel information can be found including hotel information, reservations, making payments on your trip, as well as booking your transfer to and from the resort.
In order to take advantage of the discounted pricing, all guests must have their reservations for the hotel made and paid in full by November 17, 2025. If you make your reservation early, all that is needed is a deposit of $100 per room or the cost of travel protection, if you elect for it.
To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agent who specializes in destination weddings, Lauren at Avora Destinations. With her help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.
We are currently holding rooms from April 6-11, 2026; however, you may book any dates you wish in this timeframe through this website (if we are not holding the room, our travel agent will request it be added to our group). Note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort.

- 5-6pm Ceremony at the Beachfront Gazebo (this will be a phone-free event)
- 7-11pm Reception at the Grand Garden with a private dinner, cocktail hour, and dancing into the night.
- Dress Code: Cocktail Attire
- Our wedding day events will be for adults only. The nanny service needs to be scheduled once you arrive at the hotel. You’ll simply need to visit the Aluxitos Kids Club directly, and the lovely Aluxitos team will be happy to assist you with availability and share the pricing details.

- Every person traveling will need a valid passport. If you do not have a passport, you should apply for one ASAP as the process can take months. Find more info here: https://travel.state.gov/content/passports/en/passports/apply.html
- Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel! Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!

Check-in Policy:
Check-in begins at 3pm Guests arriving earlier than 3pm are welcome to use the resort immediately upon arrival even if their room is not ready. The hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds. Check-out is 11am.

Travel Tips

Attire - Long pants and/or collared shirts, as well as closed toes shoes, may be required at certain restaurants for men. Elegant resort attire may be required in certain restaurants for women, too.
- Tipping - Although your stay is all-inclusive, tips are greatly appreciated in any service industry. We suggest visiting a bank before your departure and asking for a number of singles to bring along with you for tips for various people at the resort, drivers, etc. If you are in a bind and don't have any singles, always ask a bellman as they usually have plenty. If not, the front desk can give you change. Feel free to bring and use American dollars – there is no need to exchange them.
- Wi-fi - The resort will offer free wi-fi service. Although most services are a bit slower than what we may be used to here in the States, they are generally sufficient enough to check email and/or social media regularly.

Water - We do not advise drinking tap water anywhere in the Caribbean. The porous land in the islands makes the tap water suitable for bathing, but not drinkable. All resorts supply bottled water in all rooms and refill daily. Additionally, the water used to wash vegetables, in ice, and served in restaurants is filtered water safe to drink.

This contemporary has 527 sq ft/49 sqm room features garden view, a large balcony or terrace, and two double-size beds or a king size bed (not guaranteed). The bathroom features frosted glass doors and square sinks, and there is ample closet space.

One Bedroom Resort Residence
Residence is decorated with art lamps, sculptures and large paintings on the walls. The bedroom has a king size bed with large wooden sliding doors that open up to a separate living room adorned modernly and equipped with a double pull out sofa bed. This suite also provides a full kitchen with granite countertop.
