To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, Avora Destinations. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.
We ask that you book your stay directly from this site. Please note the travel information tabs near the bottom of this page-this is where all pertinent travel information can be found including hotel information, reservations, making payments on your trip, as well as booking your transfer to and from the resort.
We are asking all guests to have their reservations made by January 1, 2024. If you make your reservation early, all that is needed is a non-refundable deposit of $100 per room or the cost of travel insurance, if elected in the reservation request.
The last day to submit reservation requests for the hotel is June 1, 2024, and all reservations must be paid in full by July 1, 2024.
We are currently holding rooms from September 18-24, 2024; however, you may book any dates you wish through this website (if we are not holding the room, our travel agent will request it be added to our group). Note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort.

Check-in Policy
Check-in begins at 3pm. Guests arriving earlier than 3 pm are welcome to use the resort immediately upon arrival even if their room is not ready. The hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds. Check-out is 11am.
