Inside Sales Assistant Job Description:
Avora Destinations, an affiliate of Be all Inclusive, is a travel agency specializing in destination weddings and group travel. We're looking for a contractor to work 30-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. All work to be completed on the contractor’s time, using the contractor’s computer / internet. This person is responsible for supporting our day-to-day operations, assisting clients by email and phone with new reservations, managing existing reservations, and always providing exceptional customer service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Independent, home-based person with the ability to self-motivate and prioritize daily tasks
- Strong work ethic – works to deadlines and not hours. An over-the-top perfectionist with excellent follow-through skills
- Ability to work in an fast paced environment while multitasking
- A passion for excellent customer service and communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent research, planning, and organizational skills
- Possess a knowledge of (or willing to learn) email, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and social media including Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok
- Have access to a computer, phone, and Wi-Fi
Assist with, but not limited to, the following duties to promote the production of sales:
- Maintain client information in the customer resource management system (CRM).
- Process and maintain client reservations in CRM
- Respond to correspondence regarding current clients
- General office functions such as answering the phones, coordinating with suppliers, data-entry, etc.
- Process client payments and maintain client invoices/itineraries.
- Pre-register bookings with Preferred Partners
- Prepare vacation quotes
- Manage group bookings
- Any other job tasks that are needed to create a successful work environment
