and we would love to have you join us in celebrating our wedding at Dreams Riviera Cancun All Inclusive Resort in Mexico!

To take care of all your travel plans, we are working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, Avora Destinations. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.

We ask that you book your stay directly from this site.

Please note the travel information tabs near the bottom of this page-this is where all pertinent travel information can be found including hotel information, reservations, making payments on your trip, as well as booking your transportation to and from the resort.

In order to take advantage of the discounted pricing, all guests must have their reservations for the hotel made and paid in full by September 1, 2024. If you make your reservation early, all that is needed is a deposit of $100 per room.

We are currently holding rooms from January 15-22, 2025; however, you may book any dates you wish through this website (if we are not holding the room, our travel agent will request it be added to our group). Note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort. All guests must be staying at the resort in order to attend the wedding.

Check-in begins at 3pm Guests arriving earlier than 3 pm are welcome to use the resort immediately upon arrival even if their room is not ready. The hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds. Check-out is 11am.

Price Matching

In today's internet age, we all know that some people will be tempted to scour the internet in search for a better deal than what our travel agent can provide, so if you think you have found a better deal, please submit your reservation as normal, and in the special requests / notes field, please let us know where you found a better rate. We may require an e-mailed screen shot of the offer, and we will send this information to the price match team.

Room only rates in USD must be publicly available (membership clubs excluded) to be considered by the resort for a price match.
Vacation package rates which include airfare, airport transfers and/or travel protection cannot be price matched.
Advanced Payment rates (full payment is due at the time of reservation and are usually non-refundable/non-changeable) cannot be price matched.
All price matches are subject to approval by the resort. Avora Destinations cannot guarantee a price match request will be approved by the resort.

It is important that your booking still be made with the group so that it will still count towards our group.

The cost of the events held at the resort are directly affected by bookings being within the group space, and any bookings outside of our room block end up costing us more!

Excursions

From horseback riding, to exploring beautiful cenotes and ancient Mayan ruins, we want you to experience everything Mexico has to offer. It's best to explore off-resort excursions with the most trusted name in travel in Mexico, Lomas Travel. Not only will Lomas Travel be there to meet you at the airport and take you to your resort if you purchase transfers with us, but there will also be a Lomas travel representative at your hotel during regular business hours in case you need them for anything.

You can plan to make the most of your trip by pre-purchasing any excursions you want to do so that when you arrive for your vacation, you wont have to worry about what tours are already sold out.

Important Travel Information:

Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel! Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!
